Floe has a safety mechanism to prevent you from accidentally sending e-mails out of non-productive Floe systems.
Any productive Floe system allows you to send e-mails to any email address without restriction. Any non-productive Floe system can only send to e-mail addresses maintained in this table.
If you wish to override this behaviour there is a flag provided on the 'System Settings' table which, if checked, causes Floe to completely ignore this table; therefore in non-productive systems, this setting should only be made with great care.
