You can test an e-mail type, generating either a preview within SAPGUI or by triggering an outbound e-mail from Floe.
The report parameters are:
Email Type
The Email Type you wish to test.
Communication language
The language to be used for the e-mail content.
Recipient
The e-mail address of the recipient performing the test.
The e-mail address of the logged on user is defaulted.
External document
The reference document number that is passed into the user-exits for dynamic content generation.
Preview
A flag to control whether the e-mail is previewed within SAPGUI instead of sent.
Send immediately
A flag to control whether Floe triggers the send from SAP immediately. If the flag is not set, then the email will be added to outbound queue.
Email importance
A radio button to select the importance. This adds an indicator to the generated e-mail in the case of ‘low’ or ‘high’ importance.
